The Simkó Family Winery is located at the foot of the Tokaj Hill, where tradition meets modern technology. Founded by Sándor Simkó, the winery is now in transition to the second generation, led by Kitty Simkó and her husband, Giuseppe Sellitto. With Giuseppe’s Italian roots, the winery strives to combine Hungarian traditions with an Italian spirit. This unique fusion defines both winemaking and hospitality, where the preservation of heritage is as important as the infusion of a dynamic, youthful and Mediterranean-inspired style.
