Medium golden yellow colour with a hint of copper. Viscous texture, beautiful, dense legs. The aroma is characteristic of ripe peach, quince, southern fruits, mango. Dry wine, with medium acidity and a slight phenolic note. Medium body, nicely integrated alcohol. On the palate, the aromas perceived on the nose, mainly quince and pear, are found again, complemented by a very exciting salty minerality, reminiscent of olives.
