Cirfandli. A unique grape variety, that is cultivated only in the Pécs region in Hungary. The limited yields were harvested by hand when fully ripe. Non-aromatic, so it can easily express the terroir. After temperature-controlled fermentation in tanks, 30% of the total volume was aged in used oak barrels for 6 months.
