Wines made from Irsai Olivér grapes have a fresh, crisp and intense bouquet. With its light body and beguiling fragrance, it is traditionally most popular during warmer, sunnier periods, from early spring to late autumn. It is a cheerful, playful wine, rich in Muscat notes. It has a pale straw-yellow colour, a perfumed, youthful freshness and Muscat notes reminiscent of grapes and elderflowers. On the palate it is dry, with a fine body, light, acidic and lively. It can be served with salads, fish, seafood and poultry.
