Bak Immortal Rosé, 2024

Immortal “Kékfrankos” Rosé is made from grapes grown on the winery’s almost 50-year-old plantation. 2024 gave the opportunity to produce a light, characterful wine with elegant acids, sparkling between the colours of light salmon and onion skin. Berries, strawberries and raspberries appear in its aromas. On the palate, the acidity is dry and straightforward, maintaining the elegant freshness promised by the aromas. It has a creamy medium body and a long finish. When it comes to food pairings, it is very versatile and works well with white meat poultry, ducks, geese and game birds, as well as veal.
