Bak Vineyard & Winery

The BAK Vineyard & Winery, with a remarkable history in Dömsöd, was established in 1970 and is a member of the BAK family estate. The owners are András Bak and Gábor Bak. The estate is located 40 kilometres from Budapest along the Danube. The production area is covered with sand, with a deeper layer of more cohesive, Danube-type soil, which predicts reductive wines with excellent acid structure. The winery has 20 hectares of vineyards. It also operates an alcohol distillery, producing a wide range of fruit brandies, grape marc brandies, grape brandies and special wine spirits.
