The character of the Bak Pinot Noir Rosé was inspired by the world of Provençal rosés. This batch was made from 100% Pinot Noir, resulting in a rosé that is extremely elegant, fresh but rich in extract and relatively high in alcohol. The appearance is elegant, transparent, pale salmon with onion skin tones. The bouquet is earthy and slightly sultry at first, then redcurrant and cherry dominate. The balanced palate offers straightforward acidity and creaminess and concludes with a long, smooth finish. Recommended with more sophisticated duck, game and veal dishes.
